Each LGV is equipped with a navigation laser,which is located at the top of the rod and interacts with the target located in the AGV working area.

The navigation device sends rotating laser arrays to 360°. These arrays affect several reflector targets. The reflectors are reflection bands and cylinders about 60 cm and are located in facility structures such as pillars, walls, pillars, etc.

The center of the reflector must be flush with the navigation equipment, with a maximum distance of 30 meters from the AGV.

What are the advantages of LGV?

It is easy to install with no intrusive installation. LGV only needs to place the reflector for accurate positioning. The positioning algorithm is very complicated. The accuracy position is close to±5 mm.

The very fast LGV can reach 2 meters/second.There is no installation and maintenance costs. Only maintain the reflection clean.
